About MRERC

Our Core Values

We are a dedicated group of various backgrounds, students, educators, farmers, ranchers, who study the environment and work the land in the Methow Valley.

We seek to engage and work with the people of the valley, and provide them with relevant information to help in their everyday lives for the health of the valley its people and resources for generations to come.

Community

MRERC will work to build strong community ties with a diversity of partners located in the Methow Valley. Working with respect and empathy to create long-lasting solutions based on what works for the diverse needs and requirements of a river system.

Science and Research

MRERC will partner with Local, State, Federal and International organizations to obtain and maintain a current database of information and ideas needed to implement and enhance our projects. The database is a template for other environmental groups.

Education

MRERC will focus on developing education programs for K-12 to provide a base of understanding reaching forward to empower futures generations with the tools needed to protect, sustain and work together for a healthy productive environment.
